Microsoft Dynamics Inside Sales Specialist
Green Beacon Solutions is a leading provider of business strategy and product implementation services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
We are looking for an energetic, driven person to join our Sales team and focus on inside sales in developing our CRM and ERP pipeline. This position reports directly to our VP of Sales and works very closely with our Director of Marketing to execute campaigns to drive leads to our sales professionals. This role provides a hungry and resilient person looking for an entry-level role into enterprise software sales a remarkable opportunity in a growing business which is driving opportunities in New England. Green Beacon empowers employees in a collaborative selling environment. As such, this role will interface with the CRM practice directors and with other salespeople to help initiate customer executive contact and present viable solutions to prospective customers’ business problems.
The ideal candidate will:

Perform market research to identify new, viable clients, and carry out sales campaigns in a variety of industries

Be resourceful in communicating prospective clients.

Cold calling, prospecting, and following up on webinars and events the firm organizes

Work with our marketing organization to drive measurable results

Open the doors between Green Beacon and future clients

Live in the Boston metro area and be available to work in-office
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
4+ years of office-environment experience
-
1+ of some sales experience
-
A willingness to be coached and learn
-
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)

Adaptable and flexible, open to change

Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of enterprise software
-
CRM or ERP sales experience helpful but not required

Effective communication skills and presentation skills via web and phone
